Lining and other trenchless repairs save yards, driveways, and a lot of restoration cost. They only work when the host pipe and the geometry cooperate. The camera is how we know.

  • The pipe is continuous enough to host a liner
  • Offsets and scale can be prepped without a full dig
  • The damage is not a crushed section or a severe belly that will hold water forever
  • Access lets us launch and retrieve the equipment cleanly

When we still dig

Total collapse. A section that will not take a liner. A belly so deep that a lined pipe would still pond. Utilities or cleanout geometry that make trenchless the more invasive option in practice. Root intrusion alone does not force a dig, but a destroyed host pipe does.

What a trenchless quote should include

Prep, the liner or pull, camera confirmation after, and the conditions we could not see. If someone quotes lining without a scope, walk away. If we tell you not to line it, that is not us protecting dig revenue. That is us refusing a repair that will call us back.
