It is only fair that we publish ours. We quote the diagnostic fee before we come out, so you know the number before anyone is standing in your kitchen. That is a $10 difference, not a different price list for a bad night. Estimates on a replacement are free. A repair diagnostic is not free, because finding the actual problem is the work, and a company that gives that away for free has to make it back somewhere else in the ticket. If you are a Herd Protection Plan member, the call-out is $49. If somebody quotes you a number that sounds nothing like that, ask what it covers before you agree to it.

That is the single most common version of this we see. Pressure has half a dozen causes, most of them small, and nobody should quote you a repipe before somebody puts a gauge on the house. Static pressure should read 50 to 80 psi, and it should not drop more than about 10 psi with one bathroom faucet running. Ask what the gauge read. If nobody read one, you do not have a diagnosis, you have a quote. We prioritize honest assessments and only recommend solutions that align with your needs and budget.
