Rare Breed took such great care of us from start to finish! We had a major sewage back up emergency after hours and the owner Court was here within 30 min to fix it. And in the days following, he sent some of his experts over to figure out what caused the clog so we can get it fixed permanently. They found the problem and got it fixed so that we won’t have this issue in the future! They also helped us get a restoration crew in to clean up the mess starting that first night and got the ball rolling to repair the damage done from the sewer water. It’s been such a smooth process and made a hard situation much less painful. All of his employees, including him, were very professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. We won’t go with anyone else other than Rare Breed moving forward for our plumbing needs.
