Damian at Rare Breed Plumbing is phenomenal. He’s quick to respond, very competent and has a great personality. My daughter and son-in-law found Rare Breed when they bought a house that needed to be completely repiped. Damian and Jesse did an excellent job on that too. It was a huge project and it was completed on time amd budget with excellent results.

Benson was excellent, prompt and professional. They replaced a water tank for us and handled all of the warranty and made it very easy for us. He also replaced an issue in our pex line for free and was great to work with.

Highly recommended plumbing service provider. Lost two water heaters at the same time early in the morning. Contacted the owner, he had someone from the team, Chaz, out within a couple of hours. Lots of discussion regarding options. Decisions made. Hot water in the house less than 8 hours from first contact. We went tankless! Endless hot hot hot water! We also added a flow meter and now we have peace of mind that if we have any leaks, all water in the house will be shut off. Old water heaters were removed. Everything was left very neat and clean. Highly recommend reaching out to Lundberg Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs, you will be well taken care of.

Excellent experience! Communication was prompt, expectations were set clearly, and service was top tier. Randomly contacted them after hours on a Saturday night and quickly had the source of our issues identified and resolved. Court had referrals to help with the remaining issues outside of plumbing and followed up to ensure our needs were met.

We fully expected to have our walls torn apart throughout our home. There was a small 10×10 inch area cut and the issue located and remedied immediately. This could have gone so many ways but having the right people at the right time saved us a lot of stress. THANK YOU!

Had a problem with my radiant floor heating system so I tried to call my old friend Steve Broderick and found that his old company became Lundberg Plumbing and is now Rare Breed Plumbing. Got a technician (Clarke) in 2.5hrs and he was great. He quickly found that I didn’t have a problem other than a lack of patience but he taught me more about my system and answered all of my questions. After all of that, he didn’t even charge me for the visit.

You can bet that Rare Breed Plumbing is the only plumbing company that I’ll ever call. Great guy answered my original phone call and a great guy made the service call.

Highly recommend these guys.

It was time, I could no longer put it off. I needed a new water softener and I also needed to replace the toilets in my home. Rare Breed had a good reputation on line and I can see why! They came promptly and we talked about the work that needed to be done. They threw in a free toilet replacement along with my water softener. I purchased the replacement toilets myself at my local retailer.
On the day of the service, the plumbers arrived on time. They were extremely polite and got right to work. It was no easy job! My toilets (4): the one in the basement was from the 1970’s. The one upstairs bedroom was just disgusting, there is no other way to describe it. The other 2 were just gunked up from hard water and the insides were were irreplaceable at this point. It took a while but the 2 plumbers were quick and efficient. They did their work without complaint, took away all of the old toilets and cleaned up after their work. Gave me instruction on my new water softener. I was EXTREMELY pleased! Rare Breed will be my go-to company should I need any plumbing work in the future.

I really appreciate the honest of the technician who came out to drain my water heater (I’ve heard that’s a good idea). After he got there, he told me that it would be too dangerous b/c it’s too old. He saved me from something potentially dangerous that would void my home warranty. Since I have a home warranty, I can wait til this water heater dies or leaks, and then my home warranty company will bring me a new one. I will get that one flushed and cleaned by this company from the first year to help it last longer.

The folks at Rare Breed plumbing were extremely thorough and helpful for the full repipe of my home in Salt Lake City! Jesse and Thor were absolutely wonderful and left no stone unturned during the full repipe. They updated my home from galvanized to PEX, in addition to repiping the line from the main. It’s been a few weeks and everything is running smoother than ever! Thank you Jesse and Thor for your amazing work!

I was recommended to this company from Kevin at Wasatch Woodwork. I contacted and asked a quote to replace my apt’s bathtub. Damian showed up with his companion on the appointment time. He came earlier and listened my intentions very carefully. He explained the work very thoroughly and pointed out some parts I did not noticed before. He is very knowledgeable. After meeting, I texted some questions and got the responses very quickly. I like this guy. He is awesome!!!.

Rare Breed Plumbing is very RARE! I have an old home and a boiler system. When the estimator Clark came, he immediately called and had the owner, and two other technicians show up to assess the entire system. They crawled under my home to inspect the layout and condition of existing pipe. I had an in-depth conversation and look forward to seeing the bid.

Chaz was amazing! He handled my kids following him around really well and was super quick and efficient getting the job done. I really appreciated his honesty with the other work we will need to get done eventually. And he installed our PRV really quickly! Completely amazed by this company’s customer service. I was contacted same day and scheduled same day to check our water heater leak after the previous company canceled. Jesse was able to get in and out with minimal disruption to replace our water heater. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs in our home.

I have had 2 plumbing issues since moving into my home and both times Rare Breed exceeded expectations. The first call was to replace to old leaky water heaters with a tankless and after being told it couldn’t be done by another plumber the team at Rare Breed made it happen! A few weeks after this we had an issue with a bath tub spout falling off revealing shoddy work by the previous pumber. I once again called Court and he sent out a technician. I know small jobs are a pain in the butt and this was a very small job with no way to access the wall to get to the issue. Chaz was our tech and he did an amazing job figuring out a work around and got the problem solved days after I reached out. Quality service and workmanship at a good value price. Thanks again!

The inspector for plumbing was very informative & thorough. He wasn’t pushy at all & set the expectations of the inspection up front. He communicated clearly the information he found during the inspection & gave me options for resolving any issues found.

Great experience with a plumber?! Definitely! When replacing my kitchen faucet, Bensen went the extra mile. Literally. I had bought a faucet from the plumbing supply store, but when he opened the box, we found that there were scuff marks and scratches on it. Even though I was the one who had purchased it, he took it back to the store for me, brought back the new one and replaced it, even though it should have been the end of his day. He knew I was having family over, and he wanted to make sure that I had water when the kids came home. Next time I have plumbing issues, I know exactly who I’m going to call!

I just moved here from Arizona and my new place needed work on the kitchen sink, not only did Bensen and Miguel fix the sink quickly but they were very kind and professional. I have nothing but great things to say about the two techs that came to my home. Chaz and Danny were super professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to locate the source of the issue within about 5 min, with no visible active water leaks. They walked me through what had happened and what the process would look like in terms of restoration, and then contacted a reputable restoration company and had them at my house within 30 min. If you even need an assessment just to figure out the problem these are your guys! When I end have a plumbing issue I will be contacting them again.

Miguel came out to give us an estimate and immediately impressed us. He patiently explained the problems caused by the older work, clearly outlining the steps needed to fix everything.
